In-Body Scan & Physical Assessment: Receive a detailed body composition analysis using our advanced In-Body scanner, providing precise measurements of body fat, muscle mass, and other key metrics. This scan, coupled with an assessment from your dedicated coach, will pinpoint your current fitness level and highlight areas of strength and improvement.
Personalized Guidance & Action Plan: Our fitness professional will gather information on your medical history, exercise habits, and lifestyle factors to gain a holistic understanding of your unique needs and preferences.
